about the creator:

Jaime Botello, born and raised in Monterrey Mexico, discovered his love for card games at a young age when he bought his very first pack of Yu-Gi-Oh! cards from a local Mexican market. What began as simple awe at how cool the cards looked soon grew into something much deeper. He was captivated by the imaginative creatures, powerful monsters, and the endless worlds that seemed to live inside those small pieces of cardboard.

As he grew older, that spark only intensified. Jaime dove into digital card games like Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Legends of Runeterra, Slay the Spire, and Inscryption. He became especially fascinated with deck building, the art of crafting creative and unpredictable combinations. He loved testing wild ideas, even if they only worked one out of a hundred times. For Jaime, the fun was always in the imagination and possibility.

For many years, card games were mostly a personal passion. None of his close friends shared his enthusiasm, and he often had to convince his siblings to sit down and play with him. Even so, his love never faded. It simply became something deeply personal and quietly cherished.

Everything changed when Jaime began working as a barista at a board game café. Suddenly, he found himself surrounded by people who shared his interests. The community aspect of card games, the laughter, the strategy discussions, and the friendly rivalries, felt incredible. It reminded him of being a kid at recess, proudly showing off cards, trading with friends, and debating who had the coolest one. That childhood excitement came rushing back.

As a child, Jaime would draw his own creatures and characters, cutting loose sheets of paper into small squares and writing their abilities in crayon. Even then, he dreamed of creating worlds he could interact with and share with others. That creative spark never left him.

In 2025, driven purely by joy and a sudden creative urge, Jaime began sketching characters and designing game mechanics of his own. He did not set out with grand expectations. He simply created because it made him happy. Little by little, something beautiful took shape: a full game, complete with characters, lore, rules, and a living world born from his imagination.

Today, Jaime is proud to sit at a table with friends and play a game that he created, a world he shaped with his own hands and heart. What started as a childhood fascination has become something real and something shared.

He loves this game deeply, and he truly hopes you will too (:
